Unit
1.Bedside unit was
removed from
connection
module before
connection was
established.
2. Bad connection
between modem
and connection
module.
3.Connection
module or
modem error.
1.Do not remove bedside
unit from connection
module until link is
established and data are
transferred.
2.Check connection between
connection module and
modem.
3.Contact LifeScan.
Check
Connections
at
Workstation
1. Workstation
modem not
turned on.
2. Bad connection
between modem
and wall jack.
3. Workstation
modem error.
1.Turn on workstation
modem.
2.Check modem connection
at wall jack.
3.Contact LifeScan.
Check Phone
Line
Connections
at Bedside
Unit
1.Bedside unit
modem phone
line being used
by fax machine.
2. Bad connection
between modem
and wall jack.
3.Faulty phone line.
1. If fax is being used by same
phone line as connection
module modem, wait for
fax machine and retry
connection.
2.Check modem connection
at wall jack.
3.Inspect phone line.
